Villa Bulan Madu is located near Pecatu in The Bukit Bali's southern peninsula. Surrounded by forest and rural scenes, it commands breathtaking views to the Indian Ocean and all the way up the west coast past Jimbaran, the airport, Kuta and Canggu, and inland to the heights of Bedugul. On a clear day, guests can also view Mt Batu Karu and the volcanoes of East Java. The Bukit area boasts some of the most idyllic beaches in Bali, including Balangan, Dreamland, Bingin and Padang Padang and which are great for both surfers and non-surfers alike. The villa is just twenty minutes' drive from the international airport and only thirty-five minutes' drive from the shopping, vibrant nightlife and international restaurants of Kuta and Seminyak.
Bulan Madu is one bedroom villa spread across an area of 350 square metres, and is totally private with its own exclusive entrance flanked by elephant welcome statues. At the same time, it is attached to the main property, Indah Manis and is and built as a honeymoon suite. Guests staying here will benefit from all of the same 5-star services that are provided at Indah Manis, whereas romantic candlelit dinners for two are a specialty of Bulan Madu.
The air-conditioned bedroom of Bulan Madu villa comes with ceiling fan and can be accessed by sliding glass doors on two sides. The room is exquisitely decorated and furnished with a king-size bed canopied in dreamy diaphanous drapes. The en-suite sumptuous bathroom appears to float upon a moat - this open-air pavilion is supported by pillars and has a splendid Palimanan stone bathtub big enough for two, together with a rainshower, and a floating vanity unit with a washbasin, plus a toilet. Blinds can be dropped for absolute privacy.
The elevated living area of Bulan Madu villa is open on two sides, and cooled by natural breezes and ceiling fans. It features a coffee-coloured marble floor, and is equipped with a TV, DVD, quality sound system, WiFi broadband, and a mini refrigerator. The pretty garden boasts a thatched 'bale' relaxation pavilion which faces the sunset and presides over the 6 x 4 metre private swimming pool. The pool deck is furnished with sun loungers and a sun umbrella, and there is also a dining table together with chairs, positioned outside.

When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to the manager within 5 working days of availability confirmation. The following deposit payment must be received by the manager.
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request - a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable.
For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request - the total rental amount is payable as a deposit.
If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, the manager reserves the right to void the Guest's booking request.
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.
All payments must be made in US Dollars, unless otherwise agreed with the manager, and must be made in accordance with the manager's payment instructions as set out in the Guest's booking confirmation.
If payments are not made on or before the due dates as required herein, the Owner or the Owner's Representative may cancel the booking, in which case this Rental Contract will be thereby terminated without any further notice required. Cancellation charges may apply as detailed below.
A security deposit may be payable directly to the Owner or Owner's Representative immediately upon arrival at the Property. However the Owner has the right to impose different requirements on a case by case basis. Access to the Property may be refused if security deposit is not paid in full. When the security deposit is required to be paid in cash, or when a non-standard security deposit applies, the manager will inform the Guest in advance of the amount payable and any other conditions.
The security deposit will normally be refunded at the end of the rental period, after deducting: all additional expenses incurred on the Guest's behalf (e.g. additional charges for goods, services and staff which have not been directly paid by the Guest, and telephone and internet charges, if applicable) and the cost of replacement or repair for any loss or damage to the Property or its surrounds or contents caused during the Rental Period. If this cost cannot be reasonably determined prior to the Guest's departure, the Owner or the Owner's Representative is entitled to withhold a reasonable estimate from the Guest's security deposit, and will return any balance to the Guest as soon as possible after the actual cost has been determined.
If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.
