8 BR Fully Staffed Pool Estate Seminyak — 8BR Estate Rental in Seminyak

About this estate
This eight-bedroom estate in Seminyak is made up of two identical villas side by side, joined by an interconnecting door so that the pair can be taken together and sleep up to 20 guests. It suits large families, celebrations and groups who would rather share a single private compound than divide themselves between separate houses.

Each half has its own swimming pool, measuring 4 by 10 metres, and its own sunken lounge with a bar, so there are two of each across the estate. The living areas are air-conditioned. All eight bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with marble walls, making eight bathrooms in total, along with custom furniture and large windows.

The staff include a private chef, a butler and full-time housekeepers, and breakfast is served daily.

Minimum stays depend on the season. Low season requires two nights. High season requires three nights and covers June to September, Easter, Chinese New Year and Idul Fitri. The peak period, from 20 December to 8 January, requires seven nights.
