Villa Tarka in Tabanan

Villa Tarka is one of those villas that genuinely stops you in your tracks. Set on 350 sqm in the emerging surf and wellness enclave of Kedungu, Tabanan, this 3 bedroom villa offers something increasingly rare in Bali a stunning private pool terrace with open rice terrace views stretching out to jungle and green paddies, all just a short walk from the beach. The outdoor space is wide, airy, and beautifully designed with rattan sun loungers, a parasol, and a plunge pool that feels perfectly positioned to make the most of those views every single day. Inside, the villa has one of the most distinctive living spaces we've seen soaring double height ceilings, dramatic white arched doorways, a warm terracotta-toned feature niche, earthy green sofas, and a Moroccan-inspired kilim rug that gives the whole room a creative, well-travelled character. It's a space that feels genuinely unique and liveable at the same time. The bedrooms continue the warm, considered aesthetic with timber flooring, soft ambient lighting, and clean finishes throughout and with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen across two floors, there's plenty of space for a family or group to live comfortably. Kedungu is fast becoming one of Bali's most exciting places to live just under 1 km to Kedungu Beach, 2 minutes to Jungle Padel, and a short drive to great restaurants and cafés. For families, it's within 15 minutes of four international schools including Grow Kedungu, Proed Nuanu, Bloom School, and Sun School. Available for monthly and yearly rent, everything you need to settle in and enjoy the best of west Bali.
