Casa Paloma Bali is a brand-new, fully private two-bedroom villa completed in early 2023 by one of Bali’s top architecture and styling teams. Ideal for couples, small families, or remote workers, this villa blends modern luxury with a tropical Balinese atmosphere.

Conveniently located in Kerobokan, it is just a 3-minute drive from Lio Square, Umalas, and Sunset Road Seminyak, and 10 to 15 minutes from Seminyak or Canggu Berawa beaches.

The villa features two master bedrooms, each with a rain shower, romantic soaking tub, glass roof, and bamboo accents. There are two fully air-conditioned bathrooms. A spacious mezzanine loft includes an office desk, comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a second living area overlooking the private pool.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full oven and accessories. The private pool comes with sunbeds, and the roof deck is perfect for lounging or enjoying floating breakfasts, available at an additional cost. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and offers super-fast internet, ideal for work or streaming.

Additional amenities include part-time housekeeping and pool service, as well as street parking for one car or several bikes directly in front of the villa. The villa comfortably accommodates 4 to 5 guests.

Rental rates are IDR 2,000,000 per night on weekdays and IDR 2,500,000 per night on weekends, with a minimum two-night stay. The monthly rate is IDR 48,000,000, or IDR 45,000,000 for a minimum three-month stay, with electricity included in the monthly rate. Consumables such as food and drinks are not included.

This villa is ideal for long-term stays or remote working. Additional services, including floating breakfast and airport pickup, are available at extra cost. Please note that nearby construction may cause minor daytime noise. Guests are requested to properly dispose of trash to avoid attracting wildlife. Cleaning service is available daily except Sunday, with an option to skip cleaning on two-night stays for privacy.
