Villa 8A in Sanur is available for long-term rental starting December 23rd, 2024. This fully serviced 3-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and has been recently renovated to a high standard. The villa is fully furnished and features a private swimming pool.

The property is staffed with a helper three times per week and a gardener/pool cleaner twice per week. The rental rate includes linen changes twice weekly or as needed, water, gas, rubbish collection, and security fees. Electricity costs are not included. The yearly rate is negotiable depending on the services and facilities required.

Located on the beach side of Jl Danau Poso, close to MertaSari beach and near the Mercure hotel, the villa is just a 7-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to shops, restaurants, and bars.
