Villa Simbali is a newly constructed villa located in the Legian/Kuta area, offering a serene and stylish retreat. Set on a 320 square meter land, the villa features an elegant all-white interior accented with grey, black, and warm wood tones, complemented by minimalistic decor. The enclosed, air-conditioned living room is surrounded by glass windows, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces and filling the villa with natural sunlight. For those who enjoy fresh air, a gentle breeze flows throughout the space.

The villa boasts a spacious, minimalist green garden with pool lounges and a mid-sized private pool, ideal for swimming and relaxation. High-speed WiFi up to 100 Mbps is available for your convenience.

Strategically located on Jalan Pantai Berawa, the villa offers easy access to nearby attractions including Berawa and Batu Bolong beaches, fitness centers, cafes, beach clubs, grocery stores, and medical clinics—all within a 4 to 15-minute drive.

The bedrooms are beautifully furnished with super king-size beds, working desks, ample storage, and semi-enclosed garden views. Bathrooms feature modern hot and cold showers with a unique piano key design.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cutlery, cooking pans, a coffee brewer with an Indonesian espresso machine, sandwich grill, oven, microwave, gas stove, and an Electrolux hot, warm, and ice-cold water dispenser. Complimentary Balinese coffee and tea are provided.

The spacious living area offers a large L-shaped sofa and an 80" Samsung Smart TV, perfect for relaxing or enjoying movie nights. The villa enjoys warm late afternoon sunlight and stunning sunset views.

Additional amenities include private parking for cars and scooters, professional housekeeping every 2-3 days, pool maintenance twice weekly, and garden upkeep once weekly. Smoking is prohibited inside bedrooms but allowed outdoors.

Please note that construction is ongoing nearby, and some noise disturbance may occur. A fence has been installed around the living area to reduce noise and enhance privacy.

Villa Simbali accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably, with a maximum capacity of 6. Extra guests incur an additional charge, and baby cots are available upon request.
